Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Course in Woodland, Washington is looking for a Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
Duties include turf grass/plant material maintenance and improvement programs, support for our property/asset management program, personnel management, some budget and forecasting, guest relations, scheduling/maintenance of irrigation systems, and compliance of regulatory issues and their associated reporting requirements. The position works to create an environment where staff are involved and enthusiastic, with open communications and respect for themselves, members, guests and the property.

Requirements:
We seek one with solid turf knowledge and experience, or an Agronomist, to lead a stable, seasoned and professional greens crew.
Ideal candidates have a genuine passion for agronomic practices and maintenance management.
Previous supervisory experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
Five years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience (degree preference in agronomy/horticulture/plant/soil science).
Demonstrable turf management knowledge and experience is required, along with maturity, dedication, clear communications skills, and a positive attitude, The rest is trainable for the right candidate.

Compensation:
$70,000 – $90,000 per year.
