Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Club in Colts Neck, New Jersey is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
This is a year-round position which includes: assisting in the overall operation of the course and golf shop including guest service, answering telephones, making tee times and monetary transactions related to the sale of green fees and merchandise. Train and manage outside operations staff in accordance with club standards.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Overall management, training, supervision, and scheduling of the Outside Operations Staff.
• Assist the Head Golf Professional in all aspects of the golf operation.
• Provide excellent customer service to members, guests, and daily fee players.
• Promote the game of golf through teaching junior summer camps & clinics.
• Teach individual lessons and play with members.
• Optimize tee sheet management.
• Assist in conducting major club tournaments and weekly league play.

Requirements:
Golf Genius experience preferred.
The candidate should be enrolled or planning to enroll in the PGA Professional Golf Management Program and should be actively seeking PGA membership.
Prior professional experience is preferred, but not required.

Compensation:
$50,000.00 per year.
