Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Course in Stillwater, Oklahoma is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Assist in all golf-related aspects. This individual must have strong interpersonal and communication skills. These skills are critical to our goals of providing a positive experience for our members and their guests and in supporting a strong, supportive work environment. This person will also be asked to play golf with members and their guests as schedule permits.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Promote and support all club related activities and programs. We have 12-15 member tournaments annually, with our two largest being the Men’s Member/Guest with 184 participants and our Member/Member with 44 teams competing. We have approximately 30 women who participate in our weekly Ladies Day and 90 players in our Women’s Invitational. Our Junior Golf programs serve 60-80 junior golfers with that number growing annually. We typically host 5-8 manufacturer fitting days a year and 30-40 private fittings throughout the year. The club typically hosts 10-12 outside events each year. Every year we are striving to improve the service and quality of each of these events.

Requirements:
Preferred private club experience.
Proficient in Golf Genius Software, Excel, Word, & POS Systems.
Advanced organizational and communication skills.
Enthusiasm for customer service.
Driven to implement current customer service protocols.
Club fitting.
Teaching.
Strong playing skills and a desire to play with members.
Strong desire to become a PGA Head Golf Professional.

Compensation:
$40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year.
