Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Club in Paxton, Massachusetts is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
Duties will include but are not limited to daily course set up, chemical and fertilizer application, hand watering, operation of various turf maintenance equipment, trouble shooting and fixing irrigation, and leading other crew members in a variety of projects.

Requirements:
Must be able to obtain a Massachusetts pesticide license within 3 months of employment.
A degree or certificate in turf grass management or related field is preferred but not required.
Three to five years working on a golf course.
Previous assistant experience preferred but not necessary.

Compensation:
$65,000 – $70,000 per year.
Health insurance(club assisted), 2 weeks paid vacation (off-season), paid association dues and licensing, 401K with 3% match, lunch, uniforms, and golf.
