Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Club in Williamstown, Massachusetts is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
This is a great opportunity for a career-minded individual to work closely with an experienced, veteran staff. Students expecting to graduate in the Spring of 2025 are encouraged to apply. This position offers a wide variety of job experiences and responsibilities. In no particular order, one will learn and be proficient in the following:
• Time management and leadership principles.
• Calibration of sprayers/spreaders.
• Spraying greens, tees, and fairways.
• All aspects of irrigation management.
• All mowing operations.
• Drainage installation, tee, and bunker construction.
• Tournament preparation.
• Reel grinding and mower set-up.

Requirements:
Certificate, 2 or 4 year degree in related field.
At least one year prior golf course experience.

Compensation:
$50,000 – $70,000 per year.
Health, 401K, golf privileges, paid local and national dues, and paid vacation/sick time.
