Head Golf Professional
Golf Course in Valley, Nebraska is looking for a Head Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
He/She will also attend Tournament Committee meetings monthly and Board of Director meetings monthly. The position will oversee and manage the many aspects of the golf operation, reporting to the General Manager. He/She directly supervises all inside and outside Professional staff to assure that a high level of service is consistently received by the members and guests. He/She must be capable of both guiding and holding members and staff accountable for achieving and maintaining high standards. Teamwork is a key component of success in this position, including working with the General Manager, Golf Course Superintendent, Office Manager, and Food and Beverage Manager to ensure that golf operations are effectively coordinated.

Requirements:
PGA member in good standing with a history of proven performance at a high level.
Experience with Golf Genius, Blue Golf, and online tee times is preferred.
A college degree is preferred, but not required.

Compensation:
$55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year.
