About the Opportunity
Pathway Golf Institute (PGI) provides training, certification and practical operating tools designed specifically for golf courses that use starters and marshals.

We are looking for golf-industry professionals who would like to put their experience, knowledge and relationships to work in a flexible, remote, commission-based role.
This is not a traditional sales position. There is no prospecting, no list building and no requirement to deliver sales presentations. PGI provides the prospects, contact information, training and complete product presentation.

Your role is to start the conversation with golf-course decision-makers, introduce them to PGI, direct interested prospects to our online demonstration, and continue the relationship as they consider our programs. PGI handles the product presentation and is available to support you throughout the process.

Compensation
Current Connector compensation is:
SimplePace™: $300 upfront commission
PGI Training & Certification: $350 upfront commission
PGI Bundle: $500 upfront commission
Plus 15% annual residual income on continuing business
Compensation is subject to the PGI Independent Connector Agreement.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re particularly interested in people who understand golf-course operations and are comfortable speaking with general managers, directors of golf, head professionals and other golf-course decision-makers.

You may be a current or former golf professional, course manager, golf-industry representative, or someone who has simply spent enough time in the business to understand how golf courses operate and how relationships are built.

You do not need to become a product expert or a traditional salesperson. You should be personable, credible, comfortable on the telephone and good at developing and maintaining professional relationships.

This is an independent-contractor opportunity, not a salaried employee position.
