Golf Club in Cohasset, Massachusetts is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
We’re looking for someone with an outgoing personality, high character, a genuine passion for the game, and a desire to help others. Our Professionals are encouraged to play golf with the membership as time permits.The proper candidate for this position will be one with an outgoing personality, high character, a passion for the game of golf and a desire to help others. We encourage our Professionals to play golf with the membership as time permits.

Essential Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service to all members and guests
• Proactive in handling all member engagements
• Assist with Men’s, Ladies’, Mixed and Junior Programming
• Coordinate daily play and monitoring of pace of play
• Develop and enhance relationships with all department heads to gain a better working knowledge of the entire club operation
• Assist with all merchandising and golf shop operations including opening and closing of the golf shop
• Provide private and group golf instruction
• Promote all club activities
• Compete in NEPGA tournaments when time permits
• Play golf with varying groups of members as time permits
• Maintain good standing with the PGA of America

Compensation
$950.00 – $1,050.00 per week.
