Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Club in Chandler, Arizona is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
This position works closely with the Head Golf Professional and Golf Shop Manager in the day-to-day operation of the golf facility. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has a strong knowledge and passion for the game of golf, and understands the importance of providing outstanding customer service.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the golf industry and gain hands-on experience in golf shop operations, tournament administration, merchandising, customer service, and overall golf operations.

Requirements
• Previous golf course, golf shop, retail, hospitality, or customer-service experience preferred.
• General knowledge of the game of golf, golf etiquette, terminology, and basic rules.
• Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy golf-shop environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn tee-sheet, point-of-sale, tournament, and handicap-management software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance and a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required by golf operations.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read and speak English.

Compensation
$20.00 – $24.00 per week.
