Assistant Golf Professional
Country Club in Albuquerque, New Mexico is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The Golf Professional will work across both Golf Shop and Outside Services operations, gaining hands-on experience in member service, tournament operations, merchandising, daily play, practice facility management, and overall golf operations. The successful candidate will be highly visible, eager to learn, willing to take ownership, and committed to providing an exceptional experience for Albuquerque Country Club members and guests.

This position provides an excellent opportunity for an aspiring PGA Professional to learn multiple areas of the golf business while working alongside experienced professionals in a traditional private club environment.

Requirements
• Passion for golf and a desire to pursue a career in the golf industry.
• Previous golf course, private club, hospitality, retail, or customer-service experience preferred.
• PGA Associate status or interest in pursuing PGA membership preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer and point-of-sale skills.
• Knowledge of the Rules of Golf preferred.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and tournament schedules as required.
• Ability to perform the physical responsibilities associated with both Golf Shop and Outside Services operations.

Compensation
$14.00 – $15.00 per hour.
