Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Club in Bethesda, Maryland is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.
Position Overview:
This position will provide an excellent opportunity to manage turf through the summer stress experienced in the transition zone. We balance growing and managing the turf for its continued health and exceptional playability. Assistants will gain experience with rainbird irrigation, GPS chemical and fertilizer applications, crew management, disease and pest identification and the business side of being a golf course superintendent.
Requirements
Some time spent in Mid-Atlantic area preferred.
Bachelors, Associates/Certificate in Turf, Horticulture or Arboriculture is required.
Compensation
$75,000 to $85,000 per year.
