Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Club in Rancho Palos Verdes, California is looking for a Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
The Golf Course Superintendent is responsible for the construction, maintenance, and repair of the greens, trees, landscaping, and plant life throughout the assigned golf course. Working closely with the maintenance team, the Superintendent ensures all fertilizers and pesticides are applied in full compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations. This role maintains accurate records and communicates effectively with managers, members, and guests regarding course conditions, maintenance activities, and safety standards.

Requirements
• 2-5 years as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent
• State pesticide license required.
• GCSAA Certification or Class A preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Two-year degree required (four-year degree preferred) in turf management, agronomy, chemical applications, soils, fertilization, or related field.
• Three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• In-depth knowledge of warm season turfgrass management, poa greens management, Irrigation maintenance and repair, plant nutrition, pest management, equipment maintenance/management, and workplace safety and OSHA compliance

Compensation
$110,000 to $125,000 per year.
