Golf Course Superintendent
Country Club in Culver, Indiana is looking for a Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
The golf course superintendant is responsible for the overall maintenance and management of the golf course, ensuring the highest standards of playability ,aesthetics, and environmental stewardship. This role oversees the agronomic and operational activities of the golf course, manages the maintenance staff, appropriate care of tools, equipment and machinery, and collaborates with the management/ board team to deliver an exceptional golfing experience.

Requirements
Minimum of 4 years experience in golf course maintenance, we would prefer at least 1 year in a supervisory role, but not mandated.
Extensive knowledge of turfgrass management, irrigation system operation, and equipment maintenance.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks as required.

Compensation
$60,000 to $90,000 per year.
