Position Overview:
Arrowhead Golf Club in Littleton, Colorado, delivers a uniquely scenic golf experience with its Robert Trent Jones Sr. & Jr.-designed 18-hole, par-70 championship course nestled against dramatic red sandstone formations and the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Known as one of the most photographed layouts in the region, the course blends strategic design, rolling terrain, and breathtaking natural beauty to create an unforgettable round for golfers of all levels. The Golf Course Superintendent will oversee the maintenance and care of our golf course. The ideal candidate will have a passion for golf course management, a strong background in turfgrass maintenance, and the ability to lead a dedicated team. As the Golf Course Superintendent, you will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of our golf course and ensuring an exceptional experience for our members and guests.

Requirements – Minimum of 3 years of experience in golf course management or a related field. – Strong knowledge of turfgrass, irrigation systems, and golf course equipment. – Excellent leadership and communication skills. – Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. – Proficient in budget management and cost control.

Compensation
$105,000 – $115,000 per year.
