Position Overview:
The Head Golf Professional is responsible for promoting the game of golf and creating an exceptional experience for members and guests at the club. This role delivers outstanding customer service, overseeing golf shop operations, and managing golf-related activities. The Head Golf Professional collaborates with the management team to drive revenue growth through innovative programming, member engagement initiatives, and high-quality instruction. This position requires a deep passion for golf, strong leadership skills, and the ability to foster a positive environment that encourages participation, enjoyment, and a sense of community among members and guests.

Requirements
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in golf operations and customer service, demonstrating a strong commitment to enhancing the member’s experience.
• PGA or LPGA Professional Certification is mandatory, reflecting a high level of expertise in golf instruction and operations.
• A college degree in a related field.
• Proven experience with direct financial management and budget responsibilities, ensuring effective oversight and strategic planning.
• Proven ability to handle confidential Company information and sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism.
• Commitment to upholding the highest level of ethical work standards
