Country Club in Grasonville, Maryland is looking for a Lead Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic First Assistant Golf Professional to join our team. Our golf operation is among the busiest in the region, hosting a full calendar of member events and active instructional programs. This position is ideal for a golf professional who thrives in a customer service first environment and is committed to advancing both the golf program at Prospect Bay as well as their career.

Requirements
• 2+ years experience as an assistant golf professional preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively.
• Team oriented individual who works well with others in completing tasks.
• Knowledgeable in the areas tournament operations and Golf Genius tournament software.
• Skilled in basic golf instruction to players of all abilities preferred.
• Class A PGA member or an apprentice in good standing.

Compensation
$45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year.
