Head Golf Professional
Golf Club in Boonville, Indiana is looking for a Head Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The Head Professional directs all aspects of the facility including its activities, represents the Facility/City of Boonville and the relationships between the facility and its members, employees, community government, and industry; sets and monitors the budget; and monitors the quality of product and service to ensure customer satisfaction in all facets of the club. This position will promote an exceptional golf experience; coordinate and administer facility policies; and provide supervision and support to all department heads.

Requirements
• Excellent communicator and manager of people.
• The ability to utilize modern technologies (computer: Microsoft Office, POS Systems, QuickBooks, Facebook, and programs in managing workplace procedures).
• Be naturally organized in goal setting, project planning, prioritizing, budgets and timeframes.
• Comprehension of golf, membership and banquet related sales (wedding, fundraisers, club memberships, corporate events, rounds of golf, group outings, and golf merchandise).
• Will project the City of Boonville brand of professionalism, in their appearance and demeanor, both externally (with clients and in public), and internally to fellow staff.

Compensation
$60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year.
