Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf course in Potomac, Maryland is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Requirements:
Degree or certificate in turfgrass management (2- or 4-year program) preferred.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, inventory systems, and payroll platforms.
Solid math skills including proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
Spanish language proficiency a plus.
At least 2 years of golf course management experience (Mid-Atlantic experience preferred).
Familiarity with irrigation system repair, disease and pest identification, spray equipment use, and best application practices.
Strong communication, leadership, and technology skills.
Will consider and mentor other candidates who don’t meet requirements.

Compensation:
$55,000 – $65,000 per year.
