Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in Rogers, Arkansas is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Manage all aspects of the daily operation of the golf shop. Candidate needs to have a strong background in teaching, opportunity to surpass $10,000 in lesson revenue. Candidate must also be proficient in fitting golf clubs and ordering custom merchandise in a timely matter. Candidate will also be responsible for scheduling inside and outside staff. This position will provide the right person a great opportunity.

Duties:
• Promote and grow the junior golf program.
• Play golf with a variety of members.
• Plan and coordinate various instructional programs.
• Manage daily operations and ensure shop is orderly.
• Use tournament management software to set up and conduct golf tournaments / outings.
• Promote a positive atmosphere and outstanding customer service.
• Work closely with members of management as well as other departments.

Requirements:
Looking for the right candidate.
Experience with launch monitors and teaching technology a plus, especially Foresight GC Quad and Simulator Software.

Compensation:
$42,500.00 – $45,000.00 per year.
