Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf course in Medina, Washington is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
This is a hands-on leadership role designed for an individual who is ready to take the next step in their career and gain the well-rounded experience needed to advance to a Superintendent position. Work closely with the Superintendent and two Assistant Superintendents in a collaborative leadership team. You will take the lead on daily course conditioning, crew management, and project oversight, while also mentoring staff and contributing to long-range planning. This position offers the autonomy to manage key areas of the operation while benefiting from the support of an experienced and certified superintendent.

Requirements:
Turfgrass management degree or certificate, or equivalent.
2–4 years of progressive golf course management experience; prior assistant role strongly preferred.
Washington pesticide applicator’s license (or ability to obtain).
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Career goal of becoming a golf course superintendent.

Compensation:
$90,000 – $100,000 per year.
