Outside Golf Services Attendant
Golf course in Brainerd, Minnesota is looking for an Outside Golf Services Attendant.

Position Overview:
Duties:
• Serve all guests with a “Can do attitude”.
• Put a smile on your face and in your voice – let the guest see and hear how glad and prepared you are to help them.
• Ask, “How can I help you?” – communicate your willingness to help them.
• Understand the customer’s request – your job is to listen to the guests’ situation and find out what they want you to do for them.
• Describe how you can help – there is always some action you can take to help them.
• Say, “Thank you.” – final impressions are just as important as first impressions.
• Assist guests with golf clubs.
• Man bags drop area – assist guests with golf clubs on and off bag drop.
• Keep all carts clean, neat, and organized.
• Stage carts in the staging area in an orderly and neat fashion.
• Responsible for the driving range.
• Keep cart staging and starting area non-congested, neat, and clean.
• Maintain cleanliness around clubhouse, cart staging area, parking lot, beverage station, and driving range.
• Clean guest’s clubs upon completion of their round.
• Uphold customer service standards.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Requirements:
Excellent listening, speaking, and communication skills.
Great decision-making skills.
Must be able to work alongside other people and independently.
The ability to establish and maintain relationships with guests and members is crucial.
High school diploma/GED preferred.
1 Year of golf work experience preferred.

Compensation:
$11.13 – $21.13 per hour.
