Assistant Golf Coach
School in St. Paul, Minnesota is looking for an Assistant Golf Coach.

Position Overview:
Duties:
• Assist the Head Coach in planning and conducting daily practice sessions, focusing on skill development and team strategy.
• Support student-athlete recruitment efforts.
• Provide individualized coaching and feedback to players to improve technique, mental game, and course management.
• Assist with organizing travel, logistics, and event coordination for tournaments and team activities.
• Help maintain and manage golf equipment and practice facilities.
• Miscellaneous department tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
Demonstrated prior experience in golf, with the ability to effectively coach, instruct, and provide constructive feedback to student-athletes.
Maintain a growing, personal relationship with Jesus Christ, reflect his character in all interactions, and faithfully uphold and embrace northwestern’s mission, doctrinal statement and declaration of christian community.

Nice to Have:
Bachelor’s degree.
Previous collegiate participation and/or coaching experience.

Compensation:
$1,500 – $2,000 per week.
