Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf course in Flossmoor, Illinois is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
Position is to assist the Superintendent and lead the grounds staff in providing the membership with the desired course conditions. Duties include but not limited to; golf course maintenance, supervision & training of staff, purchasing responsibility, irrigation system management, plant protectant and fertilizer applications, and maintenance of clubhouse lawns, flower gardens, trees, and ornamental plantings.

Requirements:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Turfgrass Management, Agronomy, Plant & Soil Science, or equivalent training and experience.
Three years of golf course experience preferred although all levels of experience & education will be considered.
Must possess or be able to obtain an Illinois Pesticide Applicators License.

Compensation:
$50,000 – $70,000 per year.
