Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in Erie, Colorado is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
You will play an integral role in the golf operations team—supporting all aspects of the golf experience, including golf shop management, tournament operations, instruction, and member engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver first-class service to members and guests while promoting a welcoming and professional golf environment.
• Manage daily golf shop operations including tee time management, POS transactions, opening/closing duties, and merchandising.
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of member events, leagues, and tournaments.
• Provide private and group instruction (if certified or working toward PGA status).
• Support outside service operations and ensure course and practice facility presentation meets club standards.
• Help with inventory control, receiving, and merchandising displays.
• Build relationships with members and guests to increase engagement and promote club programs.

Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications:
PGA associate or currently enrolled in the PGA Professional Golf Management Program.
Previous experience at a private or daily fee facility preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with Golf Genius, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Energetic team player with a strong attention to detail.
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak season hours.

Compensation:
$18.00 – $20.00 per hour.
