Outside Golf Operations Supervisor
Golf course in Allen, Texas is looking for an Outside Golf Operations Supervisor.

Position Overview:
This role plays a key part in leading the Outside Services Staff (OSS) during our busiest afternoon and evening hours, ensuring our team delivers exceptional service to every guest.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor the OSS team during operations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across all outside service areas.
• Uphold and enforce standards related to guest service, staff appearance, and professionalism.
• Hold team members accountable to job expectations and performance standards.
• Address and resolve team conflicts with professionalism and clarity.
• Assist in onboarding and training new OSS team members, reinforcing SOPs and best practices.
• Be available for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
