Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf course in Columbia, Maryland is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
Work closely with the Golf Course Superintendent to ensure the highest standards in turf maintenance, agronomy practices, and course presentation. This hands-on role involves leadership, staff training, daily planning, and execution of all aspects of golf course maintenance.

Requirements:
High school diploma.
Degree or certificate in turfgrass management or Assistant Superintendent Certification Series (ASCS) preferred.
MD IIIC pesticide applicator license within 1 year.
MD fertilizer applicator license within 6 months.
Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements.
Computer literate.
Previous assistant superintendent experience preferred but not required.
MD IIIC pesticide applicator license within 1 year.
MD fertilizer applicator license within 6 months.
DOT physical required.
OSHA 10-hour construction certification.

Compensation:
$23 – $27 per hour.
