Golf Course Superintendent
Golf course in Chillicothe, Ohio is looking for a Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
This includes all turf, irrigation systems, equipment maintenance, landscaping and practice areas. The position works closely with the General Manager and Greens Committee to uphold high standards of playability, aesthetics, and environmental stewardship.

Duties:
• Manage turfgrass health and performance, with expertise in bentgrass, poa annua, or other relevant turf types.
• Supervise, train, and schedule grounds crew staff.
• Operate and maintain the irrigation system and pump station.
• Maintain maintenance equipment and coordinate repairs.
• Hold a valid pesticide applicator license or be able to obtain one promptly.
• Possess strong knowledge of turfgrass diseases, irrigation, and equipment operation.
• Demonstrate leadership skills and effectively manage small teams.

Compensation:
$50,000 – $65,000 per year.
Education and certification support (GCSAA dues, seminars).
