Golf Shop Attendant
Golf course in Ridgedale, Missouri is looking for a Golf Shop Attendant.

Position Overview:
To ensure all guests are greeted in a friendly and courteous manner, handle all payment transactions, maximize guest satisfaction, and perform general duties as assigned by the Golf Professional. 

Duties:
• Handle all sales transactions made through the golf shop.
• Maintain accurate records for the golf shop with special emphasis on retail and golf transactions.
• Report stock levels of guest, retail, and office supplies to the manager.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness for all areas within the department.
• Adhere to all rules and regulations established in the standard operating procedure manual for the golf course and its affiliated brands.
• Report all incidents of guest dissatisfaction to the manager.
• Report all accidents or injuries that occur during the execution of golf shop business or on property through proper channels.
• Assist guests with the highest level of professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records with special emphasis on inventory control and sales tracking.
• Possess computer and inventory brand knowledge.
• Demonstrate overall knowledge of the game of golf and proficiency in sales of related merchandise including clubs, balls, bags, gloves, and similar items.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:
​High School Diploma or equivalent​.
Minimum 3 months’ retail experience and basic understanding of golf operations preferred.
