Assistant Women’s Golf Coach
University in Columbia, Missouri is looking for an Assistant Women’s Golf Coach.

Position Overview:
Responsible for:
• Assisting in the daily operation of the program, including team practices, drills, and game preparation.
• Collaborating with the staff to develop and implement training strategies to enhance performance.
• Contributing to the recruitment process by scouting potential student-athletes and evaluating talent and participating in campus recruiting.
• Analyzing video footage and statistical data of matches to provide feedback and areas for improvement.
• Supporting student-athletes in their academic and personal development goals.
• Participating in clinics, exhibitions, and camps as approved by the University.
• Assisting with various program related items as needed.
• Adhering to NCAA, SEC, and University regulations.

Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in related/ relevant area or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
Prior Golf coaching experience is preferred.
