Head Golf Coach
School in Liberty, Missouri is looking for a Head Golf Coach.

Position Overview:
Responsible for developing practice plans, organizing team events, and providing instruction to improve players’ skills and performance on the course. Additionally, the position will oversee team logistics, manage competitions, and foster a positive and supportive team environment.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement practice plans to enhance players’ skills.
• Organize team events and competitions.
• Provide instruction and feedback to players to improve performance.
• Manage team logistics, including scheduling and transportation.
• Recruit and retain talented student-athletes for the golf program.
• Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and a positive team culture.

Requirements:
Previous coaching experience, preferably in golf.
Strong knowledge of the game of golf and coaching techniques.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Passion for mentoring and developing student-athletes.
