Outside Golf Player Services Assistant
Golf Course in Rio Verde, Arizona is looking for an Outside Golf Player Services Assistant.

Position Overview:
Your primary responsibility is to enjoy your time in an ideal climate and culture with other fun and friendly people all working to create positive, memorable experiences, for each person that we come into contact with. This integral position at the club serves as the first and last impression of the club and “sets the mood” for a person’s day. One may say that this position is the friendly face of the club, so smile and enjoy the ride.

Bag Room duties:
• Practice and promote name recognition.
• Prepare the bag room for daily operations.
• Organize and keep track of bags in storage.
• Maintain a tidy and organized area with fellow team members.
• Anticipate needs by tracking upcoming play through the Foretees system.
• Ensure safe golf cart use and cleanliness.
• Clean all golf clubs after use.
• Assist with parking, unloading bags, and cart staging.
• Coordinate with all members of the golf staff to create exceptional experiences.
• Manage rental clubs.
• Keep work areas neat, orderly, and professional-looking.
• Assist with the setup and administration of golf tournaments and events.

Shoe Room duties:
• Clean and shine shoes, replacing spikes promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the day.
• Organize, clean, refill, and reorder supplies daily for success.

Practice Facility duties:
• Prepare the practice facility for daily operations.
• Keep the practice facility stocked with clean practice balls.
• Maintain practice tee amenities and cleanliness.
• Clean member and guest clubs.

Requirements:
Private club experience is preferred but not necessary for the right candidate.
