Golf Shop Attendant
Golf course in Southport, North Carolina is looking for a Golf Shop Attendant.

Position Overview:
Duties:
• Performs opening and closing procedures for the shop or store as determined by management.
• Responsible for accountability of POS transactions made.
• Collects applicable fees from members, guests, and outside patrons as they arrive.
• Assists guests by selling merchandise and providing information in a professional manner.
• Assists with rotating stock and keeping displays clean and orderly.
• Assists with general cleaning of the shop or store.
• Assists with creating appealing displays.
• Assists with monthly physical inventories.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required or needed.

Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and speak English may be required to perform the duties of the job, such as communicating with English-speaking customers or co-workers and using manuals written in English.
Retail sales experience is preferred.
Computer proficiency, including but not limited to point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Compensation:
$13.00 per hour.
