Golf Shop Attendant
Golf Course in Mason City, Iowa is looking for a Golf Shop Attendant.

Position Overview:
Duties:
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Assist customers with selecting and purchasing golf equipment, apparel, and accessories.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the golf shop, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
• Manage inventory and restock items as needed.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Answer phone calls and schedule tee times for customers.
• Provide golf cart and club rentals to customers, as needed.
• Keep track of golf course usage and collect fees from customers.
• Handle any customer complaints or issues, escalating to management when necessary.
• Stay informed on current promotions, sales, and any changes to the golf course schedule.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Prior customer service experience preferred.
Basic knowledge or interest in golf and golf equipment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and able to accurately handle cash and credit transactions.
Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation:
$13.00 – $15.00 per hour.
