Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Course in Bridgeville, Delaware is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Organizing and implementing golf events, tournaments, outings, leagues, teaching clinics TopTracer range activities and other golf programs designed to bring new customers to the facility and increase the activities of current members. In addition, the position supervises all outside services operations and is responsible for ensuring that pass-holders, members and guests receive outstanding customer service, which meets or exceeds their expectations.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Creates, schedules, and executes golf clinics, private instruction, and other golf programs, including TopTracer events and leagues. Assists other golf staff with tournaments and events to increase member participation and attract new members and guests.
• Schedules all outside operations staff, including cart staff, starters, and rangers, ensuring adherence to labor budgets.
• Monitors the performance and staffing levels of assigned staff, including cart staff, starters, and rangers, to maintain customer service standards and productivity goals.
• Ensures storage areas, cart shed, range area, and bag drop area are maintained per company cleanliness and appearance standards.
• Works in the golf shop, attending the check-in desk, greeting customers, conducting transactions, selling merchandise, and maintaining a pleasant and professional telephone manner. Schedules tee times and handles customer inquiries and complaints per operating policies and procedures.
• Performs additional duties as required.

Requirements:
Minimum, high school graduate.
BA/BS degree preferred.
PGA or LPGA Class A professional preferred.
Associates actively working toward membership are encouraged to apply.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the golf or hospitality industry preferred.

Compensation:
$45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year.
