Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Course in Churubusco, Indiana is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Assists the Head Golf Professional in the management of day-to-day golf operations of the facility. The position is responsible for supervising and managing total golf operations in the absence of the Head Golf Professional. The position shall be an ambassador for the club and the game of Golf. All duties of the position shall be performed with a commitment to the high-level service to all patrons.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Management of Full Swing technology with Simulation Golf.
• Management of Point-of-Sale Software.
• Management of Golf Genius Tournament Software.
• Management of weekly social media including Instagram and Facebook.
• Management of all email lists and weekly email communication.
• Manage the USAG/World Golf Handicapping System.
• Management of snack bar food & beverage ordering.

Requirements:
Greet all patrons in a prompt and appropriate manner.
Communicate effectively with patrons and fellow co-workers.
Conduct oneself in a professional manner, promoting a healthy and happy environment for all.
Lead by example and go above and beyond to assist both patrons and fellow employees.
Demonstrate the ability to identify potential issues and address them promptly as directed.
Take initiative and suggest improvements for the golf operation.
Be receptive to feedback from both patrons and management.
Ensure quality and accuracy in all work performed.
Maintain composure when confronted with challenges.
Possess fundamental knowledge of the game of golf, rules, and facility operations.
Exhibit strong organizational and planning skills.
Proactively manage activities and events with a forward-thinking vision.
Be self-motivated to progress as an Associate Professional in the PGA Program.
Maintain a service- and customer-focused attitude.
Act as a role model for all employees.

Compensation:
$49,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year.
