Golf Coach
Golf course in Los Angeles, California is looking for a Golf Coach.

Position Overview:
Duties:
• Conduct in-depth client assessments, exploring history, goals, and swing mechanics.
• Develop customized development programs rooted in Urban Golf Performance’s coaching philosophy.
• Lead one-on-one coaching sessions that are purposeful, technical, and inspiring.
• Collaborate with fitness and recovery teams to support holistic client progress.
• Deliver five-star customer service by anticipating and exceeding client expectations.
• Provide high-quality tours and confidently convert leads into committed clients.
• Complete administrative tasks including session notes, client communication, and schedule management.
• Maintain a professional, polished appearance that reflects the Urban Golf Performance brand.
• Report to the head coach weekly with performance metrics and client progress.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
At least 4+ years of personal golf experience is required, with a 5 handicap (HCP) or better.
At least 1+ years of coaching or instruction experience is preferred.
Golf Instructor Certification or PGA experience is not required.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Energetic, enthusiastic, and client-focused personality is required.
Highly organized and reliable under pressure.
Passionate about coaching, learning, and helping others grow.
Tech-friendly and comfortable managing schedules in MINDBODY.

Compensation:
$55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year.
