Head Golf Professional
Golf course in Papillion, Nebraska is looking for a Head Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Responsible for enhancing the member experience through strategic management of programs and events, engaging instructional content, and building strong community partnerships. This dynamic role necessitates a blend of golf expertise, membership engagement, operational management, and business development acumen.

Essential Responsibilities:
Membership Engagement & Development:
• Facilitate the sales and promotion of both individual and corporate memberships, with an emphasis on simulator demos and engagement strategies.
• Develop and implement instructional programs, including monthly clinics and PGA Junior Golf programming, to foster golf skills in various demographics.

Competitive Events & Leagues:
• Organize and manage monthly scrambles, “Closest to the Pin” challenges, and Pro/Member tournaments aligned with the PGA Tour.
• Celebrate major golf events with themed weekend scrambles, partnering with golf brands for promotions and prize funds.
• Initiate and oversee year-round weekly league sessions to encourage regular participation and camaraderie.

Instruction & Member Experience:
• Engage members with weekly social media content, offering swing tips and insights to boost visibility and connection.
• Utilize industry connections to coordinate regular club fitting days, ensuring members have access to leading brands and tailored fitting experiences.

Community & Partnerships:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with local golf-related businesses, contributing to mutually beneficial partnerships and community integration.
• Plan and execute high-impact events, including the Grand Opening, pre-opening golf partner engagements, and charity initiatives.

Requirements:
Passion for golf with an understanding of simulator technology.
Experience in club management, instruction, and member engagement.
Comfortable in developing relationships with members and prospective partners.
Proven ability to organize and execute large-scale events.
Exceptional communication skills, both online and in-person, including social media management.

Compensation:
$32,000.00 – $40,000.00 per year.
