Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in Hoover, Alabama is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
• Assist the director of golf and head golf professional with overall golf operations.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the policies and applicable laws.
• Be flexible to working days, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Assist in directly supervising multiple full-time and seasonal employees in golf operations.
• Handle active manager-on-duty responsibilities in the absence of the director of golf and head golf professional.
• Provide the highest level of customer service at all times.
• Participate in cash handling activities.
• Oversee organized golf events.
• Participate in Junior Golf clinics and teaching activities.
• Take active responsibility in golf shop sales and inventory control.
• Assist with any other areas as required.

Requirements:
Prefer 1-2 years of experience in the golf industry.
Possess basic knowledge of daily golf course operations, USGA rules, golf swing techniques, and the game of golf.
Ability to play the game of golf at a high level.

Compensation:
$36,000.00 – $49,000.00 per year.
