Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in Wagram, North Carolina is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The successful candidate will work closely with the Head Golf Professional to ensure the smooth operation of all golf-related activities, contribute to an exceptional customer experience, and assist with the overall management of the golf facility.

Primary duties will include, but may not be limited to:
• Assist with pro shop operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and sales.
• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of golf events, tournaments, and outings.
• Manage tee times, check-ins, and pace of play on the course.
• Work collaboratively with other golf professionals, pro shop staff, and grounds crew to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation.
• Conducting Lessons and Clinics.

Requirements:
PGA membership or working towards PGA membership is preferred.
Prior experience in a golf-related role is an asset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of golf industry trends, rules, and etiquette.
Proficient in golf-related software and point-of-sale systems.
Club fitting knowledge.
Weekend and evening availability.
Teaching experience preferred.

Compensation:
$37,000.00 – $39,000.00 per year.
