Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Course in Sandy, Utah is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the golf shop, tournaments, instruction, and member engagement, ensuring a premier golf experience for all guests and members.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests.
• Assist in golf shop operations, including merchandising, sales, and inventory management.
• Conduct private and group golf lessons for members of all skill levels.
• Support tournament operations, including setup, scoring, and execution.
• Enforce club policies and maintain course etiquette.
• Manage tee sheet reservations and pace of play.
• Assist with club fitting and golf equipment recommendations.
• Work collaboratively with the golf staff to enhance the member experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Golf Professional.

Requirements:
PGA or LPGA Associate or Member preferred.
Previous experience in golf operations, instruction, or retail management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and tournament formats.
Proficiency in golf-related software (e.g., Golf Genius, POS systems).
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Passion for the game of golf and commitment to professional growth.
