1st Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in San Jose, California is looking for a 1st Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Provides support to the Golf Operations department. This position is responsible for aiding the Director of Golf to manage the Golf Shop, customer service, tournament operations, and Course programs. This position assists the Director of Golf in the successful growth and operations of the company.

Requirements:
PGA/LPGA member or associate in good standing.
Must possess exceptional communication skills.
Must be highly motivated, goal-driven, and self-starter.
Minimum two (2) years’ experience working in golf operations or retail environment.
Experience with member-centric and guest service.
Strong knowledge of golf operations, tournament coordination, and teaching techniques.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, and Access.

Compensation:
$42,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year.
