Golf Course in Brawley, California is looking for a Head Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Lead our operations and elevate the member experience. This dual-role position requires a passionate leader with a strong background in golf operations, club management, and a commitment to fostering a welcoming, community-focused environment.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Oversee all club operations, including golf course management, food and beverage services, staff supervision, and financial performance.
• Provide leadership as a PGA Professional, offering golf instruction, organizing tournaments, and promoting golf programs for members of all skill levels.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance member satisfaction, increase membership, and drive revenue growth.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and maintenance of the golf course and facilities to ensure top-quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Board of Directors to align club initiatives with long-term goals.
• Maintain a visible presence, building strong relationships with members, guests, and the local community.

Requirements:
Active PGA Class A membership in good standing.
Proven experience in golf club management or a similar leadership role within the hospitality/golf industry.
Strong business acumen with skills in budgeting, financial oversight, and staff management.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with members, staff, and stakeholders.
Knowledge of golf course maintenance and agronomy is a plus.
Passion for golf and dedication to delivering an outstanding member experience.

Compensation:
$60,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year.
