Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Course in Hardeeville, South Carolina is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Duties:
• Maintain professional appearance at all times.
• Assist the Head Golf Professional in the daily management of all golf operations, including member / guest events and tournaments.
• Provide outstanding customer service to all members and guests, ensuring a welcoming, friendly and professional environment.
• Assist the Head Golf Professional in the purchase of operating supplies, golf merchandise and promotional items.
• Promote and manage the club’s golf instruction program.
• Assist in coordinating individual, group, and tournament play as directed by the Head Golf Professional.
• Produce daily reports related to rounds, sales, etc., for management.
• Work closely with Marshall and Starter to monitor all aspects of play, including starting, monitoring pace of play, safety on the course, and golf course markings.
• Assist in the reconciliation of daily business.
• Promote the game of golf for all members and guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Golf Professional.
College degree (PGM) preferred.
PGA Member or Associate
Must have strong verbal and written skills.
Highly polished interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with people easily and quickly.
Must possess basic computer skills.
