2nd Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in Atlanta, Georgia is looking for a 2nd Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Duties:
• Elevating the customer experience and service levels at the golf course to match the product excellence provided.
• Building a team of golf associates that are fully trained for their jobs, understand the club’s goals, and are held fully accountable for their results.
• Ensuring the pro shop, cart staging area, driving range, and cart storage area presentation and appearance are always clean, pleasing to the eye, and impeccable in their presentation.
• Attending a weekly key golf staff meeting that covers training, customer service, progress since the prior month, and basic financials that pertain to the entire department.
• Planning, promoting, and executing all golf activities as directed by the head golf professional.
• Regularly recognizing exemplary associate accomplishments through the rewarding of Grand Slam awards.
• Following all state, federal, and company rules in regard to human resources including such key policies as hiring and firing, discrimination, and harassment.

Requirements:
Proven track record of providing customer service excellence to all guests.
Desire to develop a career path in the golf industry.

Compensation:
$19.00 – $21.00 per hour.
