Golf Course in Owings Mills, Maryland is looking for an Outside Golf Operations Lead Professional.

Position Overview:
Essential Responsibilities:
• Ability to follow golf operations policies & procedures.
• Maintain a neat & clean personal appearance.
• Greet and interact with members and guests in a helpful, friendly & professional manner.
• Communicate & work well with coworkers & Professional staff.
• Stage, stock, clean, park and maintain golf cart fleet in excellent condition.
• Assist members and guests with their golf clubs and private golf carts.
• Pick range balls from the driving range, practice tees & practice green area.
• Set up & maintain stations on the practice tee & practice green daily.
• Clean & sort practice balls for use on driving range and practice areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in bag room, cart barn, cart washing area, staging area and all practice areas.
• Assist in management of outside operations team of 12 employees.
• Scheduling of Outside Operations Team.
