1st Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Course in Carmel, California is looking for a 1st Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Responsible for ensuring quality golf services to members and guests. He/she will also help overseeing daily golf operations and assists with supervision of the golf staff. They will also be directly responsible for overseeing and managing our outside service team. There will also be involvement in the administration of the tournament program. This is managing the event calendar and tee sheet along with building out and running the events in Golf Genius. This will include assisting with the booking and contracting of outside groups and tournaments. There is the possibility of being involved in golf instruction with this position, especially in assisting the Director of Instruction with member programming, and PGA Junior League.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Three years of progressive experience in the golf industry.
Active PGA Member or Level 2 PGA Associate in good standing.
Knowledge of the fundamentals for running Golf Genius is a plus.

Compensation:
$70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year.
