1st Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in Rathdrum, Idaho is looking for a 1st Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Supervision of golf shop and outside service staff in absence of the Head Golf Professional or as assigned.
• Create and ensure hospitality and good will among members and guests.
• Represent in a positive light, including attitude, appearance, and courteousness.
• Be proficient in all golf shop tasks, including booking tee times, collecting fees, and selling merchandise.
• Assist in administering tournaments and leagues, including implementation of the GHIN handicap system.
• Assist with junior golf program.
• Assist in all aspects of merchandise management, including purchasing, inventory control, and display.

Requirements:
Minimum requirement is active pursuit of Class A certification.
Golf Genius tournament software, Excel and Publisher knowledge preferred but not required.
Seeking professional that is career-minded and wants to develop skills to become a Head Golf Professional/Director of Golf in the future.

Compensation:
$35,000.00 – $40,000.00 per year.
