Head Golf Coach
High School in Cincinnati, Ohio is looking for a Head Golf Coach.

Position Overview:
Primary Responsibilities:
• Organize and oversee the golf program for grades 9–12.
• Manage team scheduling, travel arrangements, budgeting, and equipment inventory.
• Hire, supervise, and evaluate assistant coaching staff in collaboration with the Athletic Director.
• Develop and execute practice plans, including conditioning programs.
• Coordinate pre-season and post-season activities, including compiling statistics and evaluations.
• Foster collaboration with parent groups and maintain effective communication.
• Plan and lead summer programs/camps for grade school and high school students.
• Maintain professional development through coaching clinics and conferences.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess a deep knowledge of the sport, demonstrated coaching expertise, and a commitment to the development of student-athletes both on and off the course.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Secondary teaching certificate preferred.
Coaching experience or participation in a college or high school golf program.

Preferred:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Innovative approach to athlete and program development.
Knowledge of team dynamics, sports psychology, and leadership strategies.
Ability to balance academics, athletics, and service in the lives of student-athletes.
Commitment to the mission of forming the whole person.
