Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Club in Hales Corners, Wisconsin is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Works closely under the Director of Golf to receive training, coaching and mentorship to be able to advance to the next level. The individual applying for this position should be eager to assist in all aspects of golf operations including but not limited to:
• Exceptional Customer Service.
• Staff Management.
• Tee Sheet and Pace of Play Management.
• Merchandising (receiving, displaying, sales, strategies, and special orders).
• Cash handling, bank deposits, and balancing end of shift reports.
• Tournament Operations (booking, set up, billing, scoring and all other aspects).
• Teaching as much as one is willing (junior golf, group clinics and private lessons).

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Work in a team environment.
Organized and the ability to adapt to situations quickly.
Strong computer skills with Bluegolf experience a plus.
Fundamental supervisory practices and principles.
Ability and willingness to work weekends & holidays as demanded by business needs.
