Assistant Golf Professional
Country Club in Oak Ridge, Tennessee is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The team member’s job duties include, but are not limited to:
• Fundamental knowledge of the game of golf, the rules of golf, golf facility operations, and tournament operations.
• Professionally conduct oneself and maintain a professional image at all times.
• Service and customer-focused attitude.
• Greet all members and guests by name and in a professional and friendly manner.
• Experienced computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Proficient in other applications, i.e. email, internet, tournament, database & POS (ForeUp preferred).
• Proficiency in the operation of tournament software (Golf Genius preferred).
• Work with and assist in coordinating golf activities with other departments.

Requirements:
PGA Level 2 or higher.
Experience with Golf Genius, Club Essential preferred.
Tournament-level playing skills.
High school graduate.
Previous private club experience preferred but not required.
Strong desire to work toward a head golf professional position.

Compensation:
$38,000.00 – $42,000.00 per year.
